Chronology
Need a lawyer? He’s left his law firm in Lincoln and is ready to hit the gas. He runs errands in Los Angeles while balancing his personal life, which includes fatherhood and two ex-wives. It was originally slated for a series commitment on CBS in 2020, but was canceled due to COVID shortly before filming the first episode. It has now been picked up by Netflix for a 10-episode first season based on Mickey Haller’s second book, “The Brass Verdict.” Mickey Haller owns several cars, each with personalized California license plates and legal terms.

Personalized California plates allow up to seven letters/numbers, but all of Mickey’s plates have at least eight. Reference in Telly’s Sanctuary: Week 3 (2022). Okay, so I just finished this show and I still don’t understand why people gave it a low rating. It definitely deserves at least an 8-8.5. I was very skeptical about watching this because of the low ratings and not-so-great reviews, but I thought I’d give it a few episodes and then decide.
big name but really good as Lincoln’s lawyer
serialized episodes. I watched THE LINCOLN LAWYER and we all love Matthew McConaughey so Manuel Garcia-Rulfo seemed like a bad actor. I think he is also one of the reasons why few people watch this show because he doesn’t. I liked his acting and I will definitely check out his other works as I don’t know him much. And as for the show, it has all the ingredients of a police drama.
Waiting for season 2
drama. Acting, show pacing and production are good. If you like shows like BOSCH or other court shows, give it a try and you will like it in the end. delete it. It deserves more attention and attention.
